Does your site or district need a larger employer network for work-based learning? More impactful and engaging student career events? Training for students to flourish in the job application process and on the work site? In this session, you will learn about SDCOE’s new capacity-building workshops for educators to transform their school or district into a premier talent pipeline developer for the workforce. Training topics include application and essential (“soft”) skills development for students, employer engagement, and student career conference coordination. Participants will leave with access to the trainings as well as resources to help them implement quality career readiness education with their students and fellow educators.
